Danells Off-Road was founded in March 2024 by Alex and Jess Danells, combining engineering expertise and hands-on production skills to serve the UK and EU off-road community.
What began as a home-based workshop in Peterborough has quickly grown into a trusted name for precision suspension and steering components.
Driven by a passion for quality and performance, Alex and Jess personally manage every aspect of the business—from machining and product design to stock control and customer support. Their commitment to British manufacturing standards and ISO9001 certification ensures every part meets rigorous quality checks before it leaves the workshop.
Over the past year, Danells Off-Road has expanded its product range to include steering bars, Panhard bars, specialized joints, and custom machining services for enthusiasts and racing teams. With a focus on fast turnaround, technical excellence, and honest service, Alex and Jess continue to build lasting relationships with customers across the UK and Europe.

Our Expertise
At Danells Off-Road, our expertise is grounded in precision engineering and real-world off-road experience. With formal machining qualifications and years spent building and racing our own vehicles, we know what it takes to create parts that perform under pressure.
We specialise in the in-house design and machining of custom steering bars and Panhard bars, crafted from billet 7075-T6 aluminium to exacting standards. In addition, we design high misalignment spacers to meet the needs of extreme articulation and custom fitments drawing on our practical background to solve unique challenges for our customers.
All of our in-house products are designed, machined, and inspected in our UK workshop, and our commitment to quality is backed by ISO 9001:2015 certification and rigorous quality control.
