What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, please look through our Returns Policy and contact us straight away.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on custom made items as they are made to each customers requests. This doesn't affect the manufacturing warranty.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. All custom orders have a 2 working week lead time before shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
The majority of our products are made in the UK by us, such as our steering and suspension links to name a few.
While the remainder of our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase, or feel free to ask us for a shipping quote.
Do you sell parts to fit stock vehicles?
Yes, we can work with completely standard vehicles. We recommend contacting us to discuss your specific model and determine whether our components will fit as-is or if modifications are needed.
What isn't covered under the manufacturing Warranty?
We don't warranty parts that have been intentionally damaged or subjected to unrealistic use scenarios.
Do you offer fitting help and guides?
Yes, we have been developing useful fitting guides and install videos to help with common questions which crop up frequently.
